Our Quality Policy and Procedures are founded on the principle of continuous improvement. At the core of our commitments to quality is a clear customer focus, our very low level of customer complaints vindicates this.


Health and Safety

The work we do with electricity and gas is safety critical, and we are committed to the very highest standards of Health and Safety. We are very proud of our RoSPA level 5 accreditation almost unknown in a business with so many field staff. We also maintain the OHSAS 18001 occupational health and safety management system certification.


The Environment

At EDF Energy Customer Field Services we take our environmental obligations seriously. Our ISO 14001 environment accreditation reinforces our commitment to sustaining and improving our natural resources. We have developed appropriate methods of disposal and recycling of lithium, old meters, batteries, LCDs and metals. We continuously evaluate our performance and have established a culture of continuous improvement.
